The loading ramp is moved using a tow pole with a single fork clamp for the forklift.
There are chains with carabiners on both sides of the horizontal part of the ramp to secure the loading ramp to the vehicle body. The wheels of the ramp are secured with wheel chocks. Chains and wheel chocks are included with the mobile ramp.
The hydraulic unit of the mobile loading ramp consists of a hydraulic pump and two hydraulic cylinders interconnected by hydraulic sleeves of high pressure. One person presses the handle of the oil pump and raises the front edge of the mobile ramp to the required height (from 900 mm to 1750 mm).
Thus, only one forklift driver is enough to carry out all loading and unloading operations, transport the ramp to the place of its use, connect it to the truck body, fulfil the work and then tow back the ramp to its storage.
